Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home, with its magnificent ballroom, is hidden from the hustle of downtown. The enchanting gardens of Primrose Cottage entice guests into a mystical quest of discovery.
Inside, the luxurious Bridal Suite has ample space for primping, preening, and chatting over a mimosa in anticipation of the big moment. The Groom’s Room appeals to a more masculine character in an enclave of exposed brick. Downstairs, the glass-encased Overlook Ballroom never fails to impress, with a full view of the captivating forest. Surrounded by natural beauty and luscious vegetation, it almost feels like you’re standing in a treehouse, inviting serenity and calm into the space.
The upper veranda offers a birds-eye view of the sumptuous English Gardens below and also makes an idyllic photo op for our couples. Multiple locations throughout this Roswell historic cottage enjoy views of the grounds and gardens, including the ballroom, where guests are seated for the reception. Primrose Cottage and its gardens have melded together, making it impossible to separate the two and creating a dreamy indoor-outdoor space for ceremonies and receptions alike. Born and raised in New York City, Steven found his way down to Georgia and we couldn’t be more grateful. Steven has over 10 years of building operations and maintenance experience, with expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC work. Having a wide understanding and knowledge of what makes a building function efficiently, he was the perfect fit to be our Primrose Cottage Operations Manager. When Steven isn’t getting his hands dirty, you’ll probably catch him out on a run, getting ready and training for his next big marathon race!
